In a small pot, bring water and sea salt to a boil.
Add oats, stir, reduce temperature to low, and cover. Allow to cook for 10 minutes. Stir again, remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes.
Spoon into a bowl and add pure maple syrup, real cream, and cinnamon.
