Stove Top Maple Cinnamon Oatmeal

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1-1/2 cups water
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1-2 T. pure maple syrup adjust according to your taste buds
  • 1-3 T. real cream adjust according to your taste buds
  • Cinnamon


  1. In a small pot, bring water and sea salt to a boil.

  2. Add oats, stir, reduce temperature to low, and cover. Allow to cook for 10 minutes. Stir again, remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes.

  3. Spoon into a bowl and add pure maple syrup, real cream, and cinnamon.
