Mango Ginger Tea

Iced tea is very refreshing and my favorite part is being able to sweeten to taste.

  1. Bring two cups of water, sugar, ginger and mango to a boil in a large pot. Boil for one minute. Remove from heat; steep tea bags in pot for 3-5 minutes. Allow to cool.
  2. If you like a strong ginger flavor, process all ingredients in a blender (or use an immersion blender). Remove ginger for a lighter flavor.
  3. Alternatively, leave the mango chunks intact.
  4. Pour into a pitcher or large container; add remaining water and lots of ice.
  5. Serve immediately, or keep in fridge to allow the tea to build flavor.
