1 cup unbleached organic all-purpose flour,
1/2 teaspoon sea salt,
1 teaspoon baking powder,
1/2 teaspoon baking soda,

Grease a muffin tin or line with baking cups. Divide muffin batter between the muffin cups.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the muffins comes out clean.
Notes
Chop the apples coarsely or grate them for less visible apple chunks.
I have had good luck making this recipe gluten free by replacing the all purpose flour with 1/2 cup 1:1 gluten free flour and 1/2 cup almond flour.
