If you’ve ever made muffins directly in a muffin tin, you know that no amount of greasing the cups will prevent a big cleanup job. Happily, there are a couple of options for making muffins (and muffin cleanup) easier!

Paper liners: I like to use the baking cups from the If You Care brand. These are made of unbleached, undyed paper that is completely compostable. Once the muffins are gobbled up, the paper can go right into your compost bin.

Silicone liners: These liners are made of BPA-free silicone and are endlessly reusable. Once you have them, you’ll never need to worry about whether or not you need to buy more for your next baking day.
